Refund policy

You have 30 days to change your mind whatever the reason may be. The customer has 30 clear days to exercise their right of cancellation starting from the date of the merchandise being received without having to justify their reasons or pay any fees.
The customer will be able to request an exchange or a refund. The direct costs for returning the merchandise are at the customer’s cost.

The customer will be refunded in full the amounts paid as soon as possible and this shall be no later than 14 days following the date on which they exercised their right of cancellation.

Returns conditions to receive a refund

The returned item(s) must be new, unused, and sent back in their original box perfectly intact.

All returns must be subject to a request via the “Contact” section of the www.zanae.fr website or by email at the following address: contact@zanae.fr

The customer will have to point out:
- their personal details (surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number)
- the name and reference of the ordered item

The customer can also use a cancellation form, of which an example appears below (letter to be addressed to the seller by recorded delivery with acknowledgement of receipt):

The customer must send us their returned package via Colissimo’s parcel tracking service to the following address:

The customer will have to retain the proof of delivery which will be issued to them by the French Post Office La Poste. Should the package go missing, no refund will be made without such proof of delivery.

Condition of returned items

All returned items will have to be sent back perfectly intact.

Upon receiving the package, Zanaé will assess the perfect condition of the returned merchandise. No return will be accepted if the returned items have visibly been used or damaged by the customer and that such use or such damage would render the articles unsuitable for sale. If the return is refused by Zanaé, the items will then be returned to the customer at Zanaé’s cost with the customer being unable to demand any compensation or right to a refund, with the exception of the subsequent exercising of their warranty rights on merchandise sold.

Refunds of returned orders

Subject to these return conditions being adhered to, the website www.zanae.fr will proceed with the refund for returned items within the 14 days following the merchandise being re-entered into stock. The refund will be made either by bank transfer or by cheque.
